Placement
The band should be worn at a level where it covers the specific acupressure points you’re targeting
Which Hand
Traditionally, the left Hand is used for calming and emotional support, while the right Hand is associated with enhancing energy and focus.
Tightness
The band should be firm enough to apply gentle pressure but not so tight that it restricts blood flow, movement or causes discomfort. always remove the band immediately if you feel any discomfort.
Wear Time
For optimal comfort and effectiveness, wear the Noirika Power-Band in intervals of up to 1 hour, followed by a 30-minute break, with a total wear time not exceeding 6-8 hours per day, and avoid wearing it while sleeping.
